Office Hours:
Term: ends December 31, 2025

Councilman Dabouze Antoine was first elected to serve in 2014.  He is a Haiti native, with deep ties to his home country and the City of Forest Park.

He grew up in a small village with limited opportunities for education and a lack of fresh, clean water. His mother brought him to America when he was five years old.

Dabouze graduated with Bachelor’s Degree in Community and International Economic Development  from Beulah Heigh University in Atlanta, GA. Dabouze has a Master’s Degree in Leadership Administration. Currently, he works at Forest Park High School as a Paraprofessional for special needs students.

He started The Hope Ministries in 2005, a charity created to help build a water irrigation system to produce healthy drinking water in Haiti. He visits Haiti as frequently as he can to bring school supplies and personal care items to citizens in the village of Haiti.

Dabouze has a passion for the senior population in Forest Park. He takes pride in doing chores for our disabled citizens like grocery shopping and mowing their lawns. He also has coordinated free health screening for seniors in the past!
