FOREST PARK, Ga. — Oct. 2, 2023 — Residents experiencing street light issues, potholes, sanitation concerns or any other non-emergency issues are encouraged to download the new ONEClick Forest Park App that allows individuals to easily report quality-of-life concerns and request assistance – all from the palm of their hand.

Created using the latest technology, the free one-stop app gives users the ability to type in a detailed description of their concern, add a photo and submit a request, which is then forwarded to relevant city staff for follow-up. Through the app, constituents are able to track the status of each report they submit, share feedback and ask questions, while also receiving the latest information, updates and news straight from city hall.

"In local government, having the ability to connect directly with constituents helps foster additional collaboration and trust. By launching this digital tool, it is our hope that individuals will have a much easier time getting the assistance they need in a timely manner without the hassle of having to make any unnecessary trips," said Mayor Angelyne Butler, MPA.

Additional issues that can be reported via the app include potential code enforcement violations, downed trees, damaged street signs, park maintenance requests and more. The ONEClick app is not monitored 24/7. Individuals experiencing a life-threatening emergency or immediate concerns related to public safety should call 911.

"A major commitment that we strive to live up to is ensuring open, transparent communication between our residents and employees," said City Manager Ricky L. Clark, Jr. "This app is just one of several innovative steps we are taking to enhance our overall customer service mode, as we work diligently to make Forest Park even more safe, clean and welcoming."

Visit the Apple and Google Play app stores to download the ONEClick app. Individuals who do not own a smartphone or tablet can also visit the online ONEClick Request Portal to create an account and submit requests for service.
