Councilmember Hector Gutierrez and The City of Forest Park presents Selena Day.

FOREST PARK, Ga. — Feb 16, 2023 — Residents, families and visitors are invited to attend the City of Forest Park's inaugural Selena Day event taking place Saturday, April 20, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Starr Park, located at 5087 Park Ave.

With songs like “Bidi Bidi Bom Bom” and “Como La Flor,” the city will be “Dreaming of You” as we crown the winner of our best Selena Quintanilla look-a-like contest. Additional activities scheduled for the event include karaoke, a drawing contest, food trucks, vendor spotlights and the showing of the hit movie "Selena," which will be displayed on a 17x10 outdoor LED digital screen.
