Councilman Hector Gutierrez - Ward 3

Councilman Hector Gutierrez started his first term in January of 2020. Since starting, he has made it his mission to increase government transparency, provide quality resources, and constantly look for ways to make Forest Park racially inclusive for all. He currently sponsors Food Truck Fridays at the Fountain on the first Friday of each month and started the Panthers in Action youth committee, where he mentors and promotes civic engagement among the youth in the City. He has also sponsored the City's first Hispanic Heritage Festival and Day of the Dead event.

Ward 3 Town Hall Meeting

Welcome the first Ward 3 Town Hall meeting. This year I will be hosting these meetings quarterly to connect with the community and bridge the gap between our government and the community. I used this meeting as an introduction to my constituents and to share my vision for the City and Ward 3.

Ward 3 Pocket Park Update

A priority of mine is to provide quality resources and facilities to the citizens of Forest Park and Ward 3! My first major step in doing this is to remodel the pocket park located in Ward 3.
