Forest Park Government (the City) is soliciting bids for Sound Equipment Services for the City of Forest Park, Georgia (Annual Contract with 2 Options to Renew) from responsible bidders. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with all applicable provisions of the City’s Code of Ordinances, including its Procurement Code, and the particular method of source selection for the services sought in this RFB is Code Section 3-1-16; Competitive Sealed RFBs.

By submitting a RFB concerning this procurement, a Proponent acknowledges that it is familiar with all laws applicable to this procurement, including, but not limited to, the City’s Code of Ordinances and Charter, which laws are incorporated into this RFB by reference. Each Proponent also agrees to participate in and abide by all requested information and abide by all City Programs.
