Forest Park Downtown Streetscape Phase 2A – Main Street ITB

Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Forest Park Georgia from prospective contractors for the City’s “Forest Park Downtown Streetscape Phase 2A – Main Street” project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to providing the construction of a complete streetscape and roadway on Main Street in Forest Park Georgia.

Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference: Each bidder is required to attend the Pre-Bid Conference on the 26th of May 11:00 a.m. at the City of Forest Park City Hall Council Chambers. A site tour is scheduled immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference. All conferences will be held at the City of Forest Park City Hall (745 Forest Parkway Forest Park, GA 30297) 

Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on June 3, 2022 via email to procurement@forestparkga.gov 

Bid Deadline: All sealed bids submitted must be delivered to the City of Forest Park no later than 2:00 p.m. on June 21, 2022. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Forest Park City Hall.

Each Bidder must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of its bid documents. Each Bidder must also submit their Bid in a separate sealed envelope.
