Request for Bids: Citywide Janitorial Services - 1A

Services Being Provided: This project is to provide Citywide Janitorial Services at the City of Forest Park.

Requesting Department: Various Departments throughout the City

Pre-Bid Conference: Each Bidder is required to attend a Mandatory Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference scheduled for the 13^th of July at 11:00a.m at the City Council Chambers. A site tour is scheduled immediately following the Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference from 12pm-2pm. All Conferences will be held at City of Forest Park City Hall 745 Forest Parkway, Forest Park, GA 30297.

Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing July 21^st no later than 12:00p.m.  via email to procurement@forestparkga.gov 

Bid Deadline: Bids must be submitted to the City of Forest Park Division of Procurement. Bid Deadline is the 3^rd of August no later than 2:00p.m. Bids will be opened, and read aloud publicly.

Each Bidder must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of its proposal/Bids for the evaluation process in a three (3) ring binder. Each Bidder must also submit their Bid Form in a separate sealed envelope.
