Request for Proposals- Citywide Janitorial Services

Services Being Provided: This project is to provide Citywide Janitorial Services at the City of Forest Park.

Requesting Department: Various Departments throughout the City

Pre-Qualification Conference: Each proponent is strongly encourages to attend the Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference on the 9th of September 11:00 a.m. at the City of Forest Park Council Chambers. A site tour is scheduled following the Pre-Proposal Conference. All conferences will be held at the City of Forest Park City Hall (745 Forest Parkway Forest Park, GA 30297) 

Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on September 16, 2021 via email to ageeter@forestparkga.gov 

Proposal Deadline: All proposals submitted must be delivered to the City of Forest Park Department of Procurement no later than 2:00 p.m on September 30, 2021.

Each Proponent must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of its proposal for the evaluation process in a three (3) ring binder. Each Proponent must also submit their Cost Proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
