Request for Proposals - Citywide Janitorial Services

Services Being Provided: This project is to provide Citywide Janitorial Services at the City of Forest Park.

Requesting Department: Various Departments throughout the City

Pre-Proposal Conference: Each proponent is required to attend the mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference on the 24th of February  11:00 a.m. at the City of Forest Park Council Chambers. A site tour is scheduled following the Pre-Proposal Conference. All conferences will be held at the City of Forest Park City Hall (745 Forest Parkway Forest Park, GA 30297) 

Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 1, 2022 via email to ageeter@forestparkga.gov 

Proposal Deadline: All proposals submitted must be delivered to the City of Forest Park Department of Procurement no later than 2:00 p.m on March 22, 2022.

Each Proponent must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of its proposal for the evaluation process in a three (3) ring binder. Each Proponent must also submit their Cost Proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
