Request for Qualifications: Mural Project

Services Being Provided: The City of Forest Park, Georgia is seeking the services of qualified mural artists with the direct knowledge, technical capability and experience in designing and installing outdoor murals.

Requesting Department: Department of Public Works

Pre-Qualification Conference: Each proponent is required to attend the mandatory Pre-Qualification Conference on the 3rd of March 11:00 a.m. at the City of Forest Park Council Chambers. A site tour is scheduled following the Pre-Proposal Conference. All conferences will be held at the City of Forest Park City Hall (745 Forest Parkway Forest Park, GA 30297) 

Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 10, 2022 via email to ageeter@forestparkga.gov 

Qualification Statement Deadline: All qualification statements submitted must be delivered to the City of Forest Park Department of Procurement no later than 2:00 p.m on March 24, 2022. Submittals will be opened and the names of the proponents will be read aloud publicly.

Each Proponent must submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of its proposal for the evaluation process in a three (3) ring binder. Each Proponent must also submit their Cost Proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
