Short- Term Rental Compliance Services

The City of Forest Park, Georgia seeks to secure Request for Proposals (“RFP”) from qualified proponent(s) to provide Short-Term Rental Compliance Services. The work includes, but is not limited to, providing cloud-based computer software as a Service solution for the monitoring, enforcement support, and administration of the Short-Term Rental Ordinance. The Forest Park City Council approved a new short-term rental (STR) ordinance to identify, monitor, manage and enforce tax compliance on short-term rental properties within the City. 

Pre-Proposal Conference: Each Proponent is strongly recommended to attend the Pre-Proposal Conference on Tuesday, the 21st of February, 11:00 a.m. at the City of Forest Park City Hall Council Chambers.  All conferences will be held at the City of Forest Park City Hall (745 Forest Parkway Forest Park, GA 30297) 

Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on March 07, 2023 via email to procurement@forestparkga.gov 

Proposal Deadline: All sealed proposals submitted must be delivered to the City of Forest Park no later than 2:00 p.m. on March 28, 2023. Proposals may be hand delivered prior to the submission deadline at the address noted above at City Hall.

Each Proponent must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of its proposal. Each Proponent must also submit their Cost Proposal in a separate sealed envelope.
