Forest Park Welcome Signage ITB#11302022

Sealed unit price bids will be received by the City of Forest Park Georgia from prospective contractors for the City’s “Forest Park – Welcome Signage” project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to providing the construction of a complete installation of six (6) “Welcome Signs” of various styles at locations within the City, work is to include all traffic control, demolition, erosion and sediment control, clearing/trimming, grading, signage, landscaping and all other activities and appurtenances to provide a complete “Forest Park – Welcome Signage” project in Forest Park, Georgia.

Pre-Bid Conference: Each bidder is strongly encouraged to attend the Pre-Bid Conference on the 8th of December 11:00 a.m. at the City of Forest Park City Hall Council Chambers. A site tour is scheduled immediately following the Pre-Bid Conference. All conferences will be held at the City of Forest Park City Hall (745 Forest Parkway Forest Park, GA 30297) 

Question Deadline: All questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00 p.m. on December 16, 2022 via email to procurement@forestparkga.gov 

Bid Deadline: All sealed bids submitted must be delivered to the City of Forest Park no later than 2:00 p.m. on January 10, 2023. All bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at the City of Forest Park City Hall.

Each Bidder must submit one (1) original and two (2) copies of its bid documents. Each Bidder must also submit their Bid in a separate sealed envelope.
